I worked at Bistro Campagne, in large part because I wanted to cook at a restaurant where the owners had a commitment to supporting local and organic foods and green business practices, which Michael was passionate about.  He took care of his employees, and had very low turnover in his staff- a rarity in the hospitality field.  He will be missed.</description>
